II. Old Business:
- Armand's : 60 people showed up, received 75$. The company would love to have JSA back again.
- Negative : Hillel event was at the same time so there was a low membership at the event.
- Reason : The information about the event came in very late, the speaker wouldn't change his time and we let him know about the conflict.
- We also didn't want to cancel on Armand's.
- FYSH Movie Night : Things didn't go as they hoped, the committee realized how to fix things and are reworking for the next event.
- There was very little in attendance.
- Havdallah and Hot Chocolate : Attendance was roughly 20; it worked out was really well and was put together very nicely. Let's give BIG props to Aimee and Ellie for putting together the songs and sheets. It was a success.
- Negative -Michael didn't get the flyers out on time because of SA. But made the announcement at Shabbas and put out the Hershey kisses.
III. Committee Reports:

- Robert met with Ivy on Tuesday about different activities coming up in the spring.
- Ivy: Passed out a flyer about hypothermia

- Upcoming events:
- Really really want to go bowling.
- Havdallah event
- Interfaith Field Day
- Point of Clarification - Betsy wanted to know about if she and Liz could not have a committee because they work better by themselves and feel that it gets tricky with more people.
- Leah isn't giving a definitive answer at the moment.
- Jeremy feels if you have a committee it might be a hard in the short run but it takes less stress off your back. By the end of the semester it will be easier for you and you have people engaged. ( Many people agreed)
